Feeling like shit [T-T]

I'm so fudging down and I started really really high.

I don't understand why my parents act the way they do now. They don't seem to get along anymore. Tonight we where supposed to go out as a family...the car ride was quiet and tense with only the radio playing. I ended up eating with JUST my sister instead of with my sister AND parents....My dad's changed a lot and I don't like it.

10 cups of green tea.... worlds best thing to mellow out all and all I spent decent time with my sister. The my dad left my mom just standing at the mall alone...I feel like crying, and I can't because I can't myself let go and get all this out. I trashed my room a week ago from all the pent up anger I have and it only made me feel better for a little while. I even broke a cup by accident and ended up stabbed with glass.... >_<

I don't know what to do, I can't talk to my dad because I lash out at him...my mom wants me to be reasonable and I don't want my sister to see me break down again. I'm so used to bottle bottle bottle, and I'm always guarding myself with people.

i'm so sorry, i really know what you are going through... my parents got divorced and before that all they did was yell at eachother, i can't even remeber my dad living at our house, he stop living here when i was about 2 so it was always just me my sister and my mom at home... he comes every sunday to take us to his house, where we usually hang out with his girlfriend. SO be strong, and know that you can always talk to your sister or one or your parents... and if they get divorced it won't be the end of the world, things will just be different, and know that the fightibng isn't because of you or your sister, things just happen... again i'm really srry!

I have to work with my emotions and talking, I know that if it doesn't work out they have to get on with their lives...I just you know :/

i really don't know why life is so complicated but usually in the end it always gets better, so cheer up and talk to your parents, maybe it will help if they hear how much their fighting affects you... and think of it this way, things could be a lot worse....
